Who we are
BathSpace is the dedicated bathroom renovation brand of LUXEhome (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka. For the information described in this policy, LUXEhome (Pvt) Ltd determines why and how it is used.
02
Information we collect
When you submit the bathroom consultation form, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you provide it, and property location. We also collect the details you choose to provide, such as the number of bathrooms, investment expectations, desired start period, source project where applicable, and optional notes. Photographs and measurements may be shared later through WhatsApp.
If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp or email, we may receive the messages, photographs, videos, measurements and other project information you choose to send.
Our website and its service providers may also process technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring page, pages viewed and interactions with the site. Google Analytics and Meta technologies are used to measure site visits, advertising and form conversions.
03
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your request, confirm the service area and appointment, arrange and carry out the site inspection, understand your bathroom requirements, prepare the design and proposal, communicate decisions and documents, and maintain records if the project proceeds.
We also use limited information to operate and secure the website, understand which pages and advertisements are useful, improve our services, prevent misuse, meet legal or accounting duties, and establish or respond to contractual or legal claims.
We process project-request information to take steps you ask us to take before a contract and, if appointed, to perform the contract. We may also process information where necessary for our legitimate business interests, legal obligations or your consent, as applicable.
04
WhatsApp and email communication
After you submit a request, BathSpace by LUXEhome may contact you by WhatsApp and by email, when an email address is provided, about the inspection, payment instructions, design, proposal, quotation, construction or aftercare. WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s own privacy terms.
We do not use an inspection request as permission for unrelated mass marketing. Where a promotional message requires your consent, we will ask for it, identify BathSpace by LUXEhome and provide a way to opt out.
06
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry or project, client support, operational records, security, accounting and tax requirements, and the establishment or defence of legal claims. The exact period depends on whether you proceed with a project and any legal record-keeping duty. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.
We use reasonable access controls and technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07
Access, correction and deletion
You may write to us to ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to certain further processing, or request deletion where the applicable law gives you that right.
To request deletion, email luxehome@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +94 77 450 3744. Include the name, phone number or email address used in your request and clearly state that you want your data deleted. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity.
We will tell you in writing within 21 working days whether the request has been granted. We may retain information where the law requires or permits it, including records needed for accounting, an active contract, safety, fraud prevention or a legal claim; if so, we will explain the reason unless the law prevents us from doing so.
You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The latest version will remain on this page with its updated date.
