Arrange site access
Agree on an appointment and arrange access through a trusted local representative where needed. The site visit forms part of the paid design and quotation package.

Review the proposed bathroom
Receive a measured layout, 3D presentation images, walkthrough video and detailed construction quotation, including named materials and fixtures.

Approve the scope and build
Agree on selections, construction stages, payments and communication before work begins. Our team coordinates the bathroom trades and quality checks.

Inspect and hand over
Completed work is checked, documented and handed over according to the contract, with the applicable warranties and care information.

Your investment, explained clearly
Know the scope before construction begins.
A complete bathroom renovation typically falls within LKR 1.5M–2.5M per bathroom, depending on the size, existing conditions, technical changes and chosen finishes. Larger bathrooms and custom features can cost more.
After your free first conversation, the LKR 30,000 design and quotation package is charged per bathroom. It includes a site visit, layout plan, 3D images, a 3D walkthrough video and a detailed quotation with named materials and fixtures. The proposal is delivered within seven working days after payment and the completed site visit.
The entire LKR 30,000 fee for each bathroom is credited towards its agreed renovation price if you appoint BathSpace to carry out the work. If your home has several bathrooms, discuss all of them in one initial enquiry; the paid package scope and fee are confirmed for each room before payment.
Construction is subject to agreed scope, property access, service location and team availability. Remote updates and local representation arrangements are agreed with the homeowner before the project starts.
