Completed BathSpace project
Aluthgama Bathroom Renovation
This is a documented bathroom project. Its original photographs are being prepared for the public gallery; the recorded project details are available below.
The brief
What the family asked for
Complete renovation of one bathroom.
The story
BathSpace by LUXEhome completed a bathroom renovation in Aluthgama for approximately LKR 1.9 million at the time the work was done.
That price is a historical project cost, not a current fixed-price offer. Based on the owner's indicative estimate, a broadly comparable bathroom today could be around LKR 2.5 million, but any current quotation depends on the actual size, site conditions, selected materials, fixtures and confirmed scope.
Final photographs, the construction sequence and the handover record will be added when the project archive is complete.
