The story
This Avissawella residence included two complete bathroom renovations delivered under one coordinated BathSpace by LUXEhome project.
BathSpace coordinated the renovation work across demolition, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, tiling, ceiling work, vanity, mirrors, shower enclosures, bathware installation, finishing, quality checks and final cleaning.
The project was formally completed and handed over on 15 July 2026. The original combined renovation contract value for the two bathrooms was LKR 3,496,000, before separately approved additional works.
