Ongoing BathSpace renovation
Gampaha — Returning Client, Two Bathrooms
This renovation is underway. We will add genuine site photographs as the work progresses and final images only after handover.
The brief
What the family asked for
The same homeowner commissioned a second bathroom renovation after the first renovation was completed.
Project progress
The first Gampaha bathroom renovation started in March 2026 and was completed successfully. The homeowner then returned to BathSpace by LUXEhome for a second bathroom, which started in September 2026 and is still in progress.
The first bathroom cost approximately LKR 1.5 million. The second bathroom is estimated at approximately LKR 1.65 million.
This is one return-client story with two distinct bathroom phases—not two unrelated project case studies. The first bathroom is complete, while construction and the final handover of bathroom two must not be presented as finished.
