Project progress
BathSpace by LUXEhome began renovating two bathrooms in a Union Place apartment in September 2026. This is an ongoing project; no completed bathroom photographs or handover claims are shown.
Working inside an occupied apartment building requires coordinated protection of common areas, controlled demolition, waste removal, scheduled material deliveries and compliance with building working-hour rules. The construction scope includes site preparation, civil work, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing and flood-test verification, tiling, fixtures and finishes.
The contracted total recorded in the project invoice is LKR 3,336,000 for both bathrooms, equivalent to LKR 1,668,000 per bathroom.
