Covers eligible defects in BathSpace by LUXEhome waterproofing, internal plumbing, bathroom electrical connections, tiling, ceiling and fixture-installation workmanship within the agreed written scope.
Warranty & aftercare
Our responsibility continues after handover.
Our standard workmanship baseline is 24 months from documented handover. Some bathrooms have longer category-specific cover under their accepted project documentation; product and supplier warranties follow their written terms.
30-day handover review
Report completion or snagging items during the first 30 days so they can be assessed and corrected where covered. This review does not shorten the 24-month workmanship period.
Product warranties
Bathware, tapware, lights, accessories and other supplied products follow the selected manufacturer’s written warranty, supported by the available invoice or warranty card.
Supplier-backed systems
A longer or category-specific warranty applies when it is expressly recorded in the accepted BathSpace project proposal or handover warranty schedule. Where the longer cover is supplier-backed, the supplier’s registration and written terms also apply.
If something goes wrong
Send the project reference, photos or video and a clear description through WhatsApp, and provide reasonable access for assessment.
Our response
We assess whether the concern is covered, arrange an inspection when necessary and document the agreed resolution.
